Privacy Policy

The following refers to the Privacy Policy (PP) and were published on 01/08/2019 by the company Datanetic Solutions for the eFluper application.

Datanetic Solutions with the application eFluper – a product of the first – puts the protection of your personal data at the forefront. We respect all your personal information such as first name, last name, first and last name of home or business, VAT number, e-mail addresses, business email addresses, etc. Protection and security methods are both the common philosophy of our staff regarding protection policy privacy practices as well as practices based on the concept of privacy, such as anonymization, pseudonymization, and data encryption.

Your personal data may be used to inform you about new services of the eFluper application, to answer your questions, requests or any complaints, to improve the safe operation of the online services of the application, to define and formalize the contract between us and its terms as well as to conduct business transactions with you, for any legal interest concerning us or third parties. In addition to settling any accounting, financial or tax liabilities. In the latter case the relevant accountants, legal and business consultants are committed to the safe processing of your personal data.

All the necessary practices are followed and all the necessary measures are taken in order to maintain the protection and confidentiality of your personal data as defined by law. We do not use your personal information for the purpose of promoting, advertising or disclosing our services.
To use the services of the eFluper application, you will be asked only for the information that is necessary for the use of the services. The eFluper application retains your personal data and information only for the period defined by the use of each service, by the legal framework as well as for the period of time necessary in order to settle our obligations. In case of your request for non-retention of your personal information and as long as there is no legal content for the processing and storage of your personal data, the latter will be permanently deleted from the application database.

The eFluper application follows the policy of cookies in order for the proper operation of its services.

As users of the online eFluper application you have the right to access, control and process your personal data. If for some items you are not allowed to edit or correct, you can contact us. In addition, you can send us a copy of your personal information. Deleting your personal data is an additional right of yours. If there is no legal framework that justifies our further processing of your personal information, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal information from the eFluper application. If for any reason you wish to withdraw your acceptance of the processing of your personal data, you have the right to do so without prejudice to the validity and legality of your prior consent.
If you are considering a complaint, you must inform us in advance of your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GPA). eFluper gives you the option to connect your Google account so that emails you create in the application (for example invoices, quotes, receipts and notifications to your customers) are sent from your own Gmail address. This section explains how eFluper accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data.

Data we access
When you connect your Google account, eFluper requests only the following permissions:

• Send email on your behalf (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send) – to send the emails that you initiate from within eFluper.
• Basic profile information (your Google account email address) – to show you which Google account is connected and to set it as the sender of your emails.

eFluper cannot and does not read, search, modify or delete the emails, contacts or any other content in your Gmail mailbox.

How we use the data
The Gmail permission is used exclusively to send, from your Gmail account, the emails that you explicitly choose to send through eFluper, to the recipients that you select. We do not send emails without your action and we do not use your Google account for any other purpose.

How we store and protect the data
We store only the access tokens issued by Google and the email address of the connected account. The tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and are transmitted only over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access to them is restricted to the systems that are necessary for sending your emails.

Sharing of data
We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties. We do not use Google user data for advertising, for creditworthiness assessments or for any purpose other than providing the email sending feature. Google user data is not transferred to third parties except when necessary to comply with the law or with your explicit consent. No person at eFluper reads your data, unless you give us your explicit consent (e.g. for technical support), it is necessary for security reasons or it is required by law.

Artificial Intelligence
eFluper does not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence and/or machine learning models.

Retention and deletion
Google user data is kept only for as long as your Google account remains connected to eFluper. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from the eFluper settings, or revoke eFluper's access from your Google account page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect your account or delete your eFluper account, the stored tokens are permanently deleted. You can also request the deletion of your data by contacting us at support@efluper.com.

Compliance with Google policies
eFluper's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
